Faculty Profile
Dr. Nate Kitzmiller is an Assistant Professor of Chemistry within the Division of Natural Sciences at 西瓜电影天堂 where he teaches chemistry. He specializes in physical chemistry and computational quantum chemistry. He earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from 西瓜电影天堂 and a doctorate from the University of Georgia in 2024 under the supervision of Dr. Fritz Schaefer. Nate rejoined 西瓜电影天堂 in July of 2024.
Dr. Nate Kitzmiller’s primary research interests include computing physical properties of chemical systems using highly accurate ab initio quantum chemistry theory and increasing the efficiency of the computational methods.
